In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with i871's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. i871 reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not comply with these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on i871, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and bots may not register.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. i871 strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of i871 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from i871 or any affiliated platform.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK where applicable), residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

i871 reserves the right to require additional documentation for identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP — Indonesian national identity card, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a photograph of the bank card or a bank account statement confirming name and account number).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period requested by i871 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is successfully completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact i871 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

5.1 Deposits. i871 accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful bank confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or registered e-wallet that is held in the same name as the i871 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for verified Accounts during normal banking hours (WIB).

5.3 Verification Requirements. i871 may require KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals o r withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000. i871 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

5.4 Transaction Integrity. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. i871 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will be seized and the relevant Account permanently closed.

5.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes of transfer, please contact i871 support immediately with your transfer receipt. i871 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within one business day. Chargebacks initiated against i871 via your bank or e-wallet provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers issued by i871 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. A Member may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion is explicitly described as a recurring offer. i871 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, including restricting offers to Members who meet certain deposit history, account age, or activity thresholds.

6.4 Prohibited Bonus Practices. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in Account suspension:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize risk and guarantee withdrawal (e.g., placing offsetting bets across markets with near-zero net exposure).
• Exploiting pricing errors or system glitches to obtain bonus funds or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Using third-party or automated tools to participate in promotions.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. i871 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Member's Account in good faith prior to the modification.

7.1 Accepted Wagers. i871 offers betting markets across sports (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and other major leagues), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting markets), bandar bola (football pool markets), and slot games. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the relevant product section of the Platform.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. A Wager is only accepted and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. i871 is not liable for wagers that appear to have been placed but for which no confirmation reference was generated due to technical interruptions.

7.3 Obvious Errors. i871 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at an odds price that was published in error (e.g., due to a data feed failure, manual input error, or software fault). Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured. i871 will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors promptly and will notify affected Members where practically possible.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. i871 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day, which are set at i871's sole discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice. Members whose winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will receive the cap amount only.

7.5 Live Betting. During in-play betting, odds and market availability can change rapidly. i871 cannot guarantee that a submitted in-play wager will be accepted at the displayed price. You will always be notified if your in-play wager is accepted at a materially different price and given the option to decline before the bet is confirmed.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on i871, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or participate in games.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, engaging in payment fraud or chargebacks, or otherwise deceiving i871 or its staff.
• Money laundering: Using i871's Platform for the purpose of processing, concealing, or legitimizing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Platform, its software, or its security infrastructure.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward i871 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the i871 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of i871 International or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written authorization from i871.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to i871 for delivery via the Platform. Unauthorized reproduction of third-party game content is prohibited.

i871 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

i871 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Member financial data is stored on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. i871 does not sell Member personal data to third-party marketing companies.

i871 may share Member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable law or where necessary to prevent, detect, or prosecute fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i871 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

11.2 i871 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. i871 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.

11.3 i871's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit i871's liability for death or personal injury caused by i871's proven gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting i871 customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by i871. i871 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where i871 reasonably determines that a Member has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Been found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during their membership.
• Registered from a jurisdiction in which use of i871 is prohibited.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach, i871 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from Wagers placed in violation of these Terms. Real-money deposits may be returned at i871's discretion after deduction of any amounts owed to i871. The provisions of Clauses 9, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to i871 International's jurisdiction of licensing and registration. i871 operates as a licensed and internationally regulated platform; the specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Members upon written request submitted to [email protected].

By using the Platform, Indonesian Members acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development and that they access and use the Platform at their own legal risk and personal responsibility. i871 makes no representation that the Platform, or any content thereon, is appropriate or legally available for use in every jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through i871's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body selected by i871. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

i871 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, i871 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email to the address registered on their Account, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a prominently displayed notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 12.1.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms was published. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
